Thanos (Theos-Deus) is presented as omnipotent all-powerful figure with aim of bringing balance (and afterwards judgement day) where he will live in "garden" afterwards eating "fruit.
Tony Stark, figure representing best possible version of all things human without superpowers but pure intellect and willpower, combined with supernatural demonic/angelic/outerspace beings, defeats Thanos plan to "destroy everything and create it anew" which is exactly what is God's plan in scriptures.
Instead of bringing us meaningful stories about humans self-conquering their weaknesses, we are fed with symbolic of humans accepting their weaknesses and defeating representation of God in the process.
One more example that "Hollywood" is not about entertainment but indoctrination of consciousness through fantasy.
